Keep company with Him

Some days it feels you’ve got it all figured out, some other days it feels like everything in and around your life is falling like a pack of cards. If this is you, follow through. It’s not as if what I am about to share with you isn’t something you know or have always known but you do know that sometimes we need these reminders because it’s very easy to forget.

“From the end of the earth I will cry to You, When my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭61:2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The view is different on the Rock, you get a clearer view and perspective to things. Many a times all that you are overwhelmed with just needs you to see better, needs you to have a right perspective to it. You’ll learn not to magnify issues or let it get at you when you see from His perspective.
How do you see from His perspective? By keeping company with Him. In Matthew 11:30 (MSG), Jesus says, ”Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”
Fellowship with Jesus relieves you of every weight you might be carrying, yes! That’s how to live unbothered, freely and lightly.
You see better when you are in constant fellowship with Jesus.

Jesus is the Rock! Your faith in God is solidified when you are with Him, you see clearly when you are with Him, He gives you strength to keep on when you are with Him, you operate in the wisdom of God when you are with Him. Everything you need is in Him, everything that will keep you from being overwhelmed is in Him.

Today and always keep company with Him!
You are blessed.

DO YOU SEE IT AS LITTLE?

John 6:1-13. The multitudes had gathered and considering the fact that they were going to embark on a long journey, Jesus thought to himself, “it wouldn’t be good to dismiss them without giving them anything edible”.

He went to seek Philip’s opinion to test Him, even though He knew what He would do. Philip’s response? He magnified the impossibility of feeding the people because they were many.

Andrew on the other hand said, “Master there’s a little boy with just 5 loaves of bread and 2 fishes”. Andrew also must have felt that what was available might not do anything but decided to tell Jesus about it to fulfill all righteousness.

“What a perfect meal!” Jesus thought. He went ahead to give thanks and ask that the meal be shared among the 5,000 people. The people ate to satisfaction and there were still 12 baskets left.

See what five loaves of bread and two fishes did!

Dear friends, I’ve come to realize that God only needs us to surrender whatever we have so that He may multiply it for the blessing of the nations. This is what Jesus did: He offered Himself as a seed for the rise (multiplication) of saviours (John 12:24).

Do not ever feel like what God has placed in your hands is insignificant and little, and cannot bless lives.

What you have has been strategically given to you by God to bless nations that He has sent you to.

Who would have thought that five loaves of bread and two fishes would feed multitudes talk less of having leftovers?

God is the God of abundance and He is willing to trade what He has placed in our hands for more if we allow Him.

You are blessed!

The NEW

Jesus’ conversation with the Samaritan woman at the well.

Jesus had just asked the Samaritan woman for a drink and had said to her “if you knew the gift of God in your presence, you’ll ask for living water”. The woman, in reply, made a statement saying;

“Sir, You have nothing to draw with, and the well is deep. Where then will You get that living water? Are You greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well, and drank from it himself, as well as his sons and his livestock?” John‬ ‭4:11-12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

This was what the woman was used to. She knew the history behind Jacob’s well. She had fetched from it for years and to her, it felt like there was nothing better than Jacob’s well and all she had known all her life.

Jesus was offering something better, but what she had always been used to was an hindrance.

This is really how it is with many believers. We cling to history, experiences we and others have had. We hold onto past issues, pressures and so on, more than anything. So, when Jesus is offering something better, we can’t even recognize how amazing it is!

Knowing that we can’t put new wine in an old wine skin because it would waste (Mark 2:22), we all have the responsibility as God’s children to yield to the new.

Jesus bids us to let go of the former so that we can have the new. It has to be new wine in new wine skin.

You are blessed!

LESSONS FROM SIMON PETER

The story of Simon Peter’s first encounter with Jesus Christ is one that many are familiar with. Still, it’s good to refresh our minds from time to time with this story and lessons that can be gotten from it.

The attitude of Simon Peter, who prior to that time didn’t know anything about Jesus, is worthy of note and I believe that such attitude is important in the life of anyone who truly wants to walk with the Messiah and be used by Him.

Here are four lessons to learn from Simon (Luke 5:1-11):

  • HE RELEASED WHAT HE HAD WILLINGLY FOR JESUS TO USE. Jesus needed a ship to stay in to teach multitudes and decided to use Simon Peter’s. Simon didn’t even know Jesus but he allowed Jesus to use his ship.
He could have refused on account of not knowing Jesus. Besides, Simon had had an unpleasant fishing experience. He had toiled all night but didn’t catch any fish. It’s easy to be in a bad mood when such a thing occurs and because of that refuse to release what one has to the Lord. Not Simon! Although his all night fishing experience was fruitless, he didn’t let that discourage him from allowing Jesus use his ship.
  • HE TRUSTED JESUS. What does the bible say about trust? Many things. There is particularly one I love: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding…” (Prov. 3:5). Simon had toiled all night without catching any fish. Jesus told him “let down your net” . Simon replied stating his all night experience but he went further to say “nevertheless, at Jesus’ word, he’d let down his net”. The result? A great catch of fish.
It pays to trust God beyond what past experiences have shown and even beyond the way we understand things.
  • HE WAS OBEDIENT. This goes in line with trust. You naturally obey anyone you trust. Simon trusted Jesus and so he obeyed Him when Jesus said “let down your nets”. He could have used logic or experience as an excuse to disobey. He had toiled all night without getting any fish. Logically it seemed impossible to get anything. But Simon chose to obey instead. He also obedient to Jesus’ call to follow Him and be fishers of men.
  • HE WAS HUMBLE. The reaction of Simon to the multitude of fish that was caught reveals his humility. He immediately got down on his knees and told Jesus to depart from him because he saw himself as someone unworthy of Jesus.
What does the bible say about humility? God exalts the humble and He gives more grace to them.

Simon was one who had a close walk with Christ and was used powerfully by Him. The lessons above from his life, I believe, are essential to note for a close walk with the Lord and to be used mightily by Him.

RESTORATION

One evening while worshipping, God’s word struck me in a different light and I began to ask God for a restoration of innocence and wonder.

In Nigeria, when a man or woman is still virgin or has never had sexual intercourse with anyone, he or she is most times termed innocent but when sexual intercourse happens it is said that the innocence they once had is lost.

The Lord began to liken this with our walk with Him, when we first caught the fire for Jesus, we always loved fellowshipping with Him and other believers but at some point, we hit certain depths in God that made us feel like we have arrived. Pride got into the picture and what used to be like a life on fire for Jesus became so cold, we gradually began to romance the world and its ways because there was no hunger again.

Then I realized something, revival can never be seen when believers who are supposed to experience it are “wild”, it takes innocence, humility, wonder to experience Jesus over and over again. Jesus speaking in the book of Matthew 18:2-5 about having a child-like heart where we never question Divine orders or think our ways are super perfect than God’s and feel like our limited knowledge can take us anywhere in Him.

While I prayed, the Holy Spirit dropped this scripture in my heart, Joel 2:25-32.

25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.

27 And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.

28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.

30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.

31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come.

32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

Now He has promised to restore what we might have lost because we felt we had “arrived”, He says we will have plenty to eat right in His presence, as we hunger, He’d continually feed us with the meal of the Spirit that brings true satisfaction. He said thanksgiving will come forth from our lips and as a result there will be multiplication of what we’ve experienced here on earth which means He will without reserve pour out His Spirit on all flesh, not some but all and because of these mighty things will happen.

The reality of the earth being the Lord’s will be seen! Hallelujah!

Walking with my Limp

Anyone who knows me would probably know how much I love music, or more appropriately put, Christian Contemporary Music. I also have a couple of gospel musicians that I listen to and one of them is Jonathan McReynolds.
So, there is this song that J. McReynolds sang titled ‘Limp, and it’s a song with some thought provoking lyrics. I’d like to share the message I’ve gotten from the song.

Below are extracts from the lyrics:
_”The devil thought this injury would make me stop and take defeat, but I know Jesus walks with me. So, I’ll just keep on walking with my limp”_
The song is tailored for Christians (it is a gospel song after all) and the message is that, there are times, as Christians, when we may err against God’s will and then have to face a repercussion for a sin that we committed (the repercussion is the injury being described in the lyrics above).

In these kinds of circumstances, the enemy can try to harden our hearts against repentance or he might even make us feel that we are beyond repentance (he wants us to take defeat). Instead of accepting his lies, McReynolds sings that he will walk with his limp (the limp is the consequence of an injury); because, according to him, Jesus walks with him to help him heal.

Why am I writing this? I don’t want anyone who reads this post to fall into the trap of believing the lies of the enemy and take defeat of past sinful actions.
How do I know that the enemy is lying? The devil’s language is to tell lies. Jesus said this. In fact, Jesus called him “the father of lies”. If the devil is not lying; then he is probably being deceitful with God’s word like he did to Jesus in the wilderness where Jesus was tempted.

Also the devil’s words do not correspond with God’s truth as found in God’s word; therefore, he is a liar. God’s word is truth and it has been tested and trusted. And God’s word says that God does not want any man to perish. It also says that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. It does not say that we are beyond repentance.

Peradventure there is a reader of this post that has fallen into a sin, and thus has to pay the consequences for one’s actions, please don’t be tempted to take defeat, I encourage you to accept the truth of God’s word and come to Jesus for healing. If it helps, talk to a Christian or a spiritual leader about it. Yes, there may be for your but walking with Jesus will make your healing process more bearable.
Walk with your limp, and watch as you’re healed in the process.

Not in Vain

Luke 19:1-10
Zaccheus was a chief tax collector, short and rich, a man that would have been tagged goals in our present age, but the Bible says something special about him. Despite the fact that he had all these qualities, he sought to see Jesus.

Jesus always had a crowd with Him, Zaccheus figured he was short and people might hinder him from seeing Jesus, so he climbed the sycamore tree to see Him. This act, I believe, was something special because Jesus noticed him immediately He got to the tree.

This only emphasizes one thing: every effort we make to seek Jesus is not in vain. The word of God tells us that God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6.

In an age where many times the world makes it seem like you are wasting time seeking Jesus when you should be pursuing personal goals, remember that God is a rewarder of those who seek Him diligently.

You can never go wrong seeking Jesus. Blessed are they that hunger and thirst (SEEK) after righteousness, they will get their reward, which is being filled.

Prioritise seeking Jesus above anything else in life. God created you for this purpose.

See the latter end of Zaccheus’ encounter with Jesus: Salvation came into his household! It was strange, for a man who was seen as a sinner because he was chief tax collector; yet, the Lord was gracious to Him because he sought Him.

Friends, don’t stop seeking Jesus! Receive grace to seek Him in the name of Jesus.

ENQUIRE

Lord, what wilt thou have me do?”

  • Apostle Paul (Acts 9:6 KJV)

In the just concluded WAFBEC, pastor Poju Oyemade concluded on a powerful note. He talked about seeking God’s face on what He would have us do per time.

It is much easier to desire something and take it to the LORD to make such desires come to pass. Sometimes we’ll even pray and fast for God to bless such.

However, that is what many other religions do. They ‘use’ their god to get what they want. They think by their piety, zealousness and constant worship of their gods, their gods will be pleased and grant their desires. Unfortunately, even this way of thinking has been transferred to Christendom and we believe that we are Christians to get what we want from God.

Christianity is not for us to get what you ‘want’ from God, it is for us to be conformed to the person of Christ. This conformance comes as we study and meditate on God’s word, by the Holy Spirit’s leading and by prayers. Those are the ways to know the will of the Father.

Don’t get me wrong. The LORD is very much interested in our desires and will grant them according to His will. When Jesus was on earth, He went about doing good. He healed, delivered, performed miracles and gave provision. God wants the good of every man but He wants us to seek His will above all else.

Jesus said “seek the kingdom of God and all its righteousness and all other things will be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33). We are Christians: Christ followers. We are to seek to know the will of God at all times concerning every area of our lives.

It’s true that God’s will is contained in His word; nevertheless, there’s much beauty and strength that comes with God making His will known to you as He illuminates the word in your heart. This is what a Christian should seek after.

Has God led or called you to do what you’re doing? Instead of crying out for God’s mighty blessings on it, why don’t you pray to know if that’s what He’ll have you do.

As many as are led by Spirit, they are the sons of God (Romans 8:14). This is what differentiates us from other religions. We are to be led by the Spirit. He is to instruct us on how we should live and act. We are not to God to get what we want. We are His vessels in whom He has put treasures and even when using these treasurers, remember that it is to the glory of the Father. The LORD will surely reward.

For we have these treasurers in earthen vessels to show that this all surpassing power is from God and not from us (2 Corinthians 4:7).

May the LORD strengthen us to seek His will above all else in Jesus name. Amen.

No Waste

Let’s just say I married a farmer, my husband loves anything that has to do with farming. I remember growing up, any peel of banana, yam and so on I threw them away because I felt there was totally no use for it.
I got married and everything I always threw away or considered waste became useful because we are either giving it to animals or trying to decompose waste till they become maggot.

Then I thought of God the Father as the Farmer, with Him nothing is a waste. What we consider as waste in our lives is what God most times wants to make food to the nations, it’s yummy for many persons.
What we call waste, whether our pasts which is inclusive of the errors we’ve made in life has the viability of becoming God’s message to the nations.

This is why we must never call anything we’ve been through in life a waste, a wasted season or a wasted relationship and so on. With God there’s Gold in it.

Remember Ezekiel 37, the valley filled with dry bones. It seemed like it was all over but here was a mighty army that God was seeing.

What you call a waste in your life is what He wants to make use of to bless the nations.

Let Hope come alive!
Jesus loves you.

Louder

I was reading a post by Pastor Temiloluwa Ola and it says no matter how disappointed a Yoruba man is, he doesn’t make him stop speaking Yoruba (Paraphrased).

How then do we change our language of Faith when it feels like darkness creeped in.
Blind Bartimeous knew he couldn’t afford being silent because it was his Kairos moment. The disciples shut him up severally, he should have said to himself ‘Since these guys who should be spiritual jagaban shut me up that means there’s no hope for me’ but hey! He kept on shouting ‘Jesus, Son of David have Mercy on me’.

It was all shout until he got Jesus’ attention and you know what happened thereafter. (Mark 10:45-52)

God the Father in Genesis 1 did not say because the earth was dark, without form and void, it was such an impossible situation, let me just keep quiet and allow it be, No! He spoke let there be LIGHT and there it was.

Darkness must never change your speech or reduce the intensity of your tone. When it’s dark, let your speech fire on with high intensity. Blast in tongues! Declare the word of God! It’s powerful, it is life.
Jesus said the words that I speak to you they are Spirit and life, same also with you as a child of God. God’s word In your mouth is a Walking miracle, don’t let the darkness rob you of the manifestation you should see.

We pray for strength by God’s Spirit in your inner man to declare God’s word for our nation and we come against the spirit of discouragement ravaging the atmosphere in the name of Jesus. Amen!

Turn on Your Light

During the course of the week I was thinking of a security light and it’s importance. I realized every house I’ve lived in has required us turning on the security light and the reason is simple, when it’s turned on darkness can not remain and anyone trying to perform his antiques is suddenly scared, exposed and ashamed. You can not say you are managing NEPA credit and will not switch it on, you are putting yourself and your family into a possible risk.

Isn’t this the same thing that happens in our walk with Jesus? We have the light in us but switching it on is hard because we probably feel lazy, reluctant to switch it on, other times it’s because we are afraid of the darkness that is very afraid of us, we put ourselves and many lives in danger.

The devil knows your light when turned on will expose him but you are thinking of what people will say plus you are scared. Just why are you scared, reluctant and ashamed of what you carry?

What you do when you don’t shine this light is that you allow evil keep thriving in your territory, it is as simple as that. You know that when security light is switched off, a thief will easily steal and get away with it. This is what a number of us keep doing, we allow the devil perform his enterprise and get away with it. Matthew 5:14-16

Today and always TURN ON YOUR LIGHT!

NURTURE

A child is born, joy fills the atmosphere, congratulatory messages from all and sundry. The moment a child is born another season of STRETCH and work starts, the mother probably has to wake up all night nursing her child, you can easily see the eye bags, she is either washing the baby’s clothes, changing his diapers, rocking him to sleep and lots more. In between, she probably might catch a little sleep say 3 hours or thereabout before her baby wakes up.

All of this that the mother does is targeted at one thing GROWTH which is why the process of nurturing can not be undermined. If the Mother of the baby decides she is not going to do all of these, she would just watch the baby die.

I feel the Lord liken this to every vision, every assignment He has given us. I feel Him say its not enough to know or see that which I have handed to you, it’s important you NURTURE.

…but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Habakkuk 2:3. I feel like the Lord was telling Habakkuk to NURTURE what he saw because He knew it’d tarry which is definitely part of the process and He knew it is very possible to get discouraged while nurturing.

While a mother nurtures her child, there are times the child will annoy her but will she because the child annoyed her, stop feeding or taking care of the child? Definitely No

Many of us have been in the web of discouragement when it feels to us as though what the Lord asked us to do is not “growing” or “not moving”, some have backed out of it (Stopped feeding the vision), some have grown weary to the extent losing their joy completely on it, it feels like we are doing the will of the Father mechanically because their hearts are so not in it.

The Lord calls us to one thing and that is to NURTURE, it is never going to be easy, you’d be hurt at different times, you’d be tired, you’d feel like giving up but you must keep your eyes on the prize.

No vision speaks at the beginning but at the end because it is truly for an appointed time. Just as a child doesn’t just grow up in a day or a week or a month so also it is for every assignment the Lord has placed in our hands as believers.

Friends! Nurture the Vision God has given you, feed on the word, stay more in prayer, receive instructions from the Lord per time, run with it, submit yourself to mentorship, attend conferences that will grow you in that area because as the vision grows you must grow alongside it.

Stay encouraged Dear friends for the One who has called you is dependable.

We pray for everyone reading this who is at the verge of giving up, the Lord infuses strength in your inner man, we ask that the light of God breaks forth in your spirit causing you to press deep into what the Lord has said concerning you. Amen!

Victory Intoxication

I saw an animation some days ago and in it was a bird who was constantly failing when trying to fly, he would try but somehow it’d go bad. A flying competition was opened among the birds and this not so good at flying bird said I’ll do it. It started and for a while it felt like he was losing until he started ranging with the best, was going faster and higher and then he won. Immediately he won, he became everyone’s fan so the head of the birds said now that you’ve won this I can now sleep at night while you guard the eggs that haven’t hatched.

Excited much he felt so proud that he was now relevant in the birds society(lol) until night when he was guarding the unhatched eggs, this creeping animals came and they wanted to take the eggs, he tried to fight them but was tossed away because he didn’t have the capacity.
This made the leader of the colony who earlier said he was going to sleep wake all of a sudden so he could protect the eggs but as he was doing that they took an egg and left the champion bird injured.

This got me thinking, some of us are like this bird, a particular victory comes and everyone including you suddenly feels like you are supposed to be occupying a higher position whereas you do not have the capacity. It’s just like a child who is a heir of his Father’s inheritance who feels he should start managing them, he will only mess it up and most likely squander everything.
See Galatians 4:1-2

One thing we must trust God for is the ability to discern His heart whether He has given us capacity for a particular phase or not.
Oh no! We must not be pressured by people or by ourselves to think we already can do it when in actual sense we already sense the Holy Spirit letting us know that this is not what I want for you now, It’s a distraction!

Today and always we implore you to never allow victory intoxicate you to a point that you get pressured and forget that you do not have capacity for it, instead keep growing and you’d know when God wants you to launch.

You are blessed!❤️

When God calls you

The call of God seems to be a dreaded thing, especially in this part of the world where it is termed to be a call to a miserable life and by call I do not just mean within the four walls of the church alone, it cuts across every sphere that Jesus is set to enthrone Himself.

When God calls it’s not to a miserable life. The word of God tells us in Mark 3:13 that Jesus called his chosen disciples up the mountain, “mountain” stands for elevation, height, so when the Lord calls you it is to elevation, it is to see clearly, it is to doing it His way.

The word of God tells us in Revelations 4:1 that the voice came from above to John, telling him to “Come up Higher” and that call was to see what his physical eyes could not see.
When God calls you, it is so your vision is elevated and for you to walk in what He has called you to be, it is never to diminish you or make you miserable in life as some may have insinuated.

Today if the Lord is calling you or asking you to do one thing, follow His heart. His call will only elevate you.

You are blessed!❤️

Is Jesus your gate pass?

Ever been to a place where a gate pass is needed for entry or exit?, at that moment the gate pass is important to get in or to leave. Thereafter, its no longer needed by the individual until the next time he has need of entry or exit.
This is how a number of us treat our love walk with Jesus, He is just for times when we are in dire need of something; a contract, fame, influence, material stuffs and all. We basically see Him as a means to an end, to what we want.

Jesus fed the 5,000 and they trailed him not because they wanted to be loyal disciples but because of what they’d get from associating with Him and Jesus knew their heart.
Jesus replied, “Let me make this very clear, you came looking for me because I fed you by a miracle, not because you believe in me.
(John 6:26 TPT)

Have you ever felt bad that someone just needed you as a means to get everything they wanted? Imagine how Jesus feels when we do that to Him.

Its only when we are broke we pray or when we are called to preach that we read the word or when there’s trouble that we stay in fellowship with him out of panic.

This is not the life we’ve been called to live, Jesus doesn’t want to be the gate pass you need to get what you want, He wants to be all you ever need. He wants to see that He’s truly enough for you.

One of the sermons that changed my life as an undergraduate was the question ‘Why do I seek Jesus?’ That day I to be honest about my priorities, I realized I just needed Jesus as a gate pass to get what I wanted and I repented because I need Jesus, I want to be at His feet for life, loving up on Him.

This week repent where you need to and make a decision by the help of the Holy Spirit to love up on Jesus all the days of your life.

Jesus must never be your gate pass, He must be your everything.
You are blessed!💜

Travel Light

My husband and I had a conversation as touching broiler chicks eating and playing under open heavens, in the course of the conversation I said to him ‘What if the big birds of the air pick the broilers while they are under open heavens?’ He explained to me that with the weight of the broiler, it’d be hard for it to carry them and that if it does he won’t be able to go far because for it to fly high, it must ensure that it’s light.

An intense light came from that conversation and I likened to our walk with Jesus, if we must go far in Him we must lay aside every extra weight that can pull us down or hold us back. Weights like unforgiveness, bitterness, deceit and so many corrupt practices, everything that is not of Jesus.

This weights makes us lose focus in our walk so instead of focusing on Him, we find ourselves trying to battle with everything that doesn’t please Jesus.

God’s desire for us is that we’ll come to the full understanding that weights are sent to distract us on the journey.
You know how it is when carrying heavy baggages, the way it slows one down, that’s the way weight slows us down in our walk with God.

If Jesus had focused on everything everyone said while He journeyed to the cross, He probably might not have died for humanity again. Instead while stuffs were spoken against him, he responded with love asking the Father to forgive them and He let go immediately. One way to let go of weights is to stay in love with the Father and with people.
You probably have been wounded many times while journeying but hey turn your eyes upon Jesus.
See this scripture;
As for us, we have all of these great witnesses who encircle us like clouds. So we must let go of every wound that has pierced us and the sin we so easily fall into. Then we will be able to run life’s marathon race with passion and determination, for the path has been already marked out before us. We look away from the natural realm and we fasten our gaze onto Jesus who birthed faith within us and who leads us forward into faith’s perfection. His example is this: Because his heart was focused on the joy of knowing that you would be his, he endured the agony of the cross and conquered its humiliation, and now sits exalted at the right hand of the throne of God! So consider carefully how Jesus faced such intense opposition from sinners who opposed their own souls, so that you won’t become worn down and cave in under life’s pressures.
Hebrews 12:1‭-‬3 TPT

Trust Jesus to help you Travel light!
Let go of the weight so you can travel light
We pray that God will heal everyone wounded heart.
We pray that God will help everyone struggling in sin and with the guilt of past and present sins to lay it all at His feet.
Amen

Lessons from the Yeast.

Yeast in comparison to flour that is to be used for a snack is small but is instrumental in making sure the dough rises. This is the kind of influence that alot of us wield when we stay in intercession, when we stay doing what God wants us to do even though unnoticed. (Matthew 13:33)
Your influence is seen by the Father who sees in secret, the one who sees the intent of every man’s heart. (Matthew 6:6)

Mama Anna lost her husband 7 years after she got married, it was such pain losing him but it drove her into intercession. She was in the temple day and night, praying and fasting for eighty-four years. (Luke 2:36-38)

Whenever I think of this woman, I’m always amazed, she was there through the pain doing just one thing interceding for God’s promise of salvation to come to the nations, I imagine her saying to God ‘Lord speed up that which you have promised, we want to see the salvation that you have promised Israel, Come Lord we want You’.
There was nothing ‘dramatic’ about her life, she wasn’t in the face of people but always before the face of the Father. I mean this is so powerful because her prayers were shaking stuffs, realigning things and speeding up that which God had promised.
To the natural mind, she was wasting time but to God she was redeeming time, she was influencing alot in the realm of the Spirit.
This woman was like the yeast, she was rising in the wait for God’s promise of salvation, her life was loud before God.

Whenever you feel like the work that the Lord has called you to do carries no weight in the eyes of men or it’s even being said to your face, continue doing it in love to the glory of God.
Don’t stop pleasing Him because Your life is loud before Him
.

We pray this encourages you!
God bless you!💕

Healed to Serve

My mum always told us the story of a man who was a leper but was miraculously healed by Jesus. She said the man had been down with leprousy and a particular church which she attended had reached out to him and God had used them to bring healing to this man. The church expected that he’d be committed in the service of God or at least attend church but none of these happened. They went to his home to check on him asking why he wasn’t in church, he simply said to them that when you get treated in the hospital do you go back to the hospital?
That was quite a blow for someone who had been miraculously healed by Jesus. You know we don’t reason things like the people of the world, we have been delivered to serve, healed to serve not go back to living complacent life.

Peter’s Mother-In-Law was healed by Jesus and immediately she rose to minister unto Him, she didn’t whine as to why she needed time to rest but she served. You show true appreciation to Jesus for saving and healing you when you serve not give excuses as to why you can’t. (Matthew 8:14-15)

The woman at the well received word of knowledge from Jesus, she had been amazed at how much He knew her and how healing the words he said to her were so she ran into the village to tell everyone who needed to hear about this man who told her all she had ever been. People came from the town to look for this Jesus she talked about. ‘The town’ coming to know Jesus is locked in your service to Him. (John 4:29-30)

Being a believer is beautiful when you don’t keep it to yourself, go after others bringing them into what you currently enjoy through whatever platform the Lord has given you.
We are in the days when we can no longer keep mute about God’s goodness to mankind that was displayed on Calvary’s tree.

This week carry the consciousness that you have been Healed to serve, you have been saved to serve.

Have a glorious week!

What to do when you feel small

He presented another parable to them: “The Kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his field. It is the smallest of all the seeds but when grown it is taller than the vegetables and becomes a tree so that the birds of the sky come and nest in its branches.” (Matthew 13:31-32 HCSB)

You have probably been at a point where you feel so small to do what God wants of you, “small” here can mean you do not have the experiences, qualifications, resources and all needed.
There are other times you are already walking in God’s plans for your life but “there are no results like you want to see.”
At this point you might be weary, cast down, discouraged and feel like you are not the one God should have handpicked for the job.

Thanks be to God who has addressed the way you currently feel aforetime. Let’s see what God wants to teach us through the growth process of a mustard seed.

Many of us are currently like the mustard seed, so small and to top it all we feel like there’s nothing good that’d come out of the lives we live either because the process is long and tiring or because we do not feel we are the ones for the job. God is saying remember the mustard seed that is very small and sown into the earth but grows taller than a vegetable and becomes a tree.
When the mustard was sown into the earth, no one probably noticed but immediately it grew, it was noticed so much so that the birds of the air soon found it as a place of refuge.
That’s the way it is for many of us, we feel what we do in the kingdom is unnoticed and all when in our seed stage but like a dream the Lord is making us into a place of refuge but not without the growth process.
He says I’m making you strong through the process.

A mustard seed grows through the different weather conditions.
You have been wired to grow despite the limitations you currently face.
Don’t keep chickening out of the process because you feel you’ll never become all that is in His mind for you.
You’ll be a place of refuge for lives just as the birds of the air come to nest on the mustard tree that was once a seed.

Remember Abraham, God called him alone, it was probably looking as though he was insignificant in the whole equation that the Lord was solving but when God blessed him, he made him many. The blessing was a resultant effect of diverse processes God had taken him through.

Isaiah 51:2
Look to Abraham your father and to Sarah who gave birth to you in pain. When I called him, he was only one; I blessed him and made him many.

Here’s what you should do when you feel small; Keep growing😀

Have a blessed week!💕

How to make your Faith work (Part 2)

Matthew 9:20-22
And Behold, a woman which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him and touched the hem of his garment. For she said within herself if I may but touch the hem of His garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned Him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

This woman with the issue of blood had bled for 12 years and it was not without medical treatments. According to the account of Luke, she had suffered alot from physicians all in the bid to get a solution, she probably had been scammed on a number of occasions and here comes a man who shows up healing the sick, raising the dead and doing all sorts of miracle, she says to herself if I can touch Him I know I’ll be fine.
Making this statement with so much faith in Jesus’ ability to heal her could only have come from the stories she heard about what He was doing.
She probably had a neighbor who was healed by Jesus or a friend who was healed by Jesus or a relative healed by Jesus and all of them told her one thing we have seen him heal many diseases at no cost and we also have been healed, all you need do is believe He is able to do it.

All the information she received about Jesus helped her faith rise and she said to herself if I can touch his garment, I’ll be well. This emphasizes what we hear as children of God, it can advance the miraculous power of Jesus in our lives. We must guard what we hear from the Lord for it has the power to produce fruits in our lives.
Don’t joke with what the Lord tells you or faith-filled words that is being contacted by association for it has the power to bear fruits. The woman with the issue of blood received her healing through faith in Jesus’ healing that she heard of.
Faith comes by hearing and by hearing the word of God. Hearing is a continous tense, so it simply means it’s a forever thing, you never stop hearing.

Here’s how to make your faith work; Be deliberate about hearing faith-filled word or stories.

You are blessed!💕

How to Make your Faith work

Matthew 9:23-25
[23]And when Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the minstrels and the people making a noise,
[24]He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.
[25]But when the people were put forth, he went in, and took her by the hand, and the maid arose.

What you hear and the atmosphere you are in has a strong role to play in the miraculous you experience in your life, family and nation. The emphasis in this scripture is Jesus sending everyone who came to mourn the death of the ruler’s maid out by saying Give place, at first hearing it might have seemed like Jesus was so not kind to the people for asking them to leave but on a second hearing or thought, Jesus was actually guarding what he was hearing and the atmosphere or presence He carried.
It’d have seemed like Jesus was protecting his heart against unbelief.

Your faith in God is so precious and truth be told the devil isn’t glad you have faith in Jesus, he looks for every means to bring you to a point of unbelief and distrust in God’s miraculous power, if he can’t talk you into unbelief, he’d use people, voices that are so powerful in your life, situations and circumstances to talk you into it. You must choose by the help of the Holy Spirit to shut out these voices that make your faith down. You might need to stop relating with some certain persons in your life about the issues you are going through, some of them hear and only worsen matters thereby affecting your Faith walk.
What you hear is so powerful, it can have a positive or negative effect on you in your walk with God. It determines your progress. The miraculous was already activated in the life of the maid of the ruler but for full manifestation Jesus sent them all out and immediately they left, she woke up.
You’d need to put away certain association and atmosphere just to protect your faith in God, just to guard the prophetic word that has been said over you.

So here is how to make your Faith work; Have the right spiritual association.

We pray this blesses You!💕

Jesus knows what you need.

In Matthew 9:2, A man was brought to Jesus by his friends, he could neither walk nor move his legs and was lying on a mat. Jesus took a look at his friends who brought the man to him and He could tell that they truly believed in Him. Note that it wasn’t the man on the mat who had the illness that believed in Him but his friends.

Jesus goes on to say, “Do not be afraid my friend, I forgive you for the wrong things you’ve done” (Easy to read Version). This statement made by Jesus caused an uproar and opposition amongst the Teachers of the law, they said who does He think he is? Is he trying to say he has power to forgive? Mortal Man that is like us, when we ourselves who have been deep in the law of Moses have not even assumed the position of God, this man is saying he forgives sins. A lot was going on in their minds and Jesus knew it

Jesus a man of wisdom responded appropriately to them in verse 4 and 5. knowing their thoughts, Jesus said, “Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts? Which is easier: to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up and walk’? But I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.” So he said to the paralyzed man, “Get up, take your mat and go home.

One thing stands out in this scripture, Jesus knew what that man needed and wasn’t about to just give quick fixes but to deal with the root. Jesus knew this man had been cringing under the weight of sin, he was afraid that nemesis was catching up with him for all of his past wrongs so if He (Jesus) had just said to Him “Rise up and be healed”, tendencies are the devil would come again with condemning thoughts because of His past and because there is already a satanic opening because of the wrongs.

Jesus needed to give him a greater revelation to confront the devil with or else the devil will push him in such a way that might ruin his precious destiny in Christ Jesus.

Another thing that stands out in this scripture is to never expect that people will always know and understand your need like Jesus. The teachers of the law expected Jesus to only heal this man probably but they didn’t know that he needed more than Just being healed, he needed mercy and grace.

Could it be that you feel you know what you need in that life’s challenging situation but you honestly don’t know? Could it be that you have been cringing under the weight of guilt and shame but all you think you claim you need are ephemeral stuffs to make you forget the past? Could it be that you need a greater revelation to navigate a particular challenge from its roots and not quick fixes?

Man’s greatest need was love, it was forgiveness from all of the weight we bore because of our wrong choices and that’s why Jesus came and shed His precious blood on Calvary’s tree for us. He saw our need and He still sees our need.

He calls you to leave the devil’s coven to dine with Him at His table, He beckons through salvation for if any man be in Christ He is a new creature, old things have passed and behold all things are new! 2 Corinthians 5:17. This is where your rising comes from. That man went double sure He was forgiven, free in Jesus, free to live without the fear of condemnation forever, free to move

He wants you to surrender over and over again as His own, saying Lord you know what I need, let your light shine upon my heart so that I’d know too and be divinely aligned. Grant me a greater revelation that silences every need that I do not know I have.

Remember that in the light of His face, all our questions fade away because He meets what He knows is our need.

God bless You!

We invite you to journey with the Lord Jesus as you ask Him to take rest in your heart by saying this prayer;

Dearest Jesus I thank you for your death, burial and resurrection, you did all of this for me. I know I have lived my life without you in it but today I surrender all to you, forgive my sins and take over my life. Thank You for Your LOVE towards me Jesus. In Jesus name. Welcome to God’s family!

Do not grow weary!

Labour comes in many form in the kingdom, it could be in the Word (1 Timothy 5:17), in all kinds of Prayer (Colossians 4:12), in Planting, in Ministering to the needs of others and so on but what makes it rise as a sweet smelling savour to God is when it is done out of love. God can not take his eyes off labour that is done out of love, He is not unjust to even to forget. Every labour done in love is before God’s face and He can’t forget what He is always seeing.

I stumbled on a post by a dear brother and it blessed me a great deal in fact it encouraged me a lot, it is a song written and performed by The Porter’s Gate telling about the truth that our labour is not in vain. While I saw this video, I imagined a number of us are in the season of continuous sowing and sometimes it feels like there isn’t going to be any yield.

This week we want to encourage you not to be weary in well doing and I would love to share with you the lyrics of the song;

[Verse 1]
Your labor is not in vain
Though the ground underneath you is cursed and stained
Your planting and reaping are never the same
Your labor is not in vain

[Verse 2]
Your labor is not unknown
Though the rocks they cry out and the sea it may groan
The place of your toil may not seem like a home
But Your labor is not unknown

[Chorus]
I am with you, I am with you
I am with you, I am with you
For I have called you, called you by name
Your labor is not in vain

[Verse 3]
The vineyards you plant will bear fruit
The fields will sing out and rejoice with the truth
For all that is old will at last be made new
The vineyards you plant will bear fruit

[Chorus]
I am with you, I am with you
I am with you, I am with you
For I have called you, called you by name
Your labor is not in vain

For God, the Faithful One, is not unfair. How can he forget the work you have done for him? He remembers the love you demonstrate as you continually serve his beloved ones for the glory of his name. Hebrews 6:10

Do not quit labouring in love, God has not forgotten you!

You can listen to the song here; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPj3Kf7Dorw

We invite you to journey with the Lord Jesus as you ask Him to take rest in your heart by saying this prayer;

Jesus wants to Heal you.

Healing is the children’s bread.
The leper in the book of Matthew 8:1-4 met Jesus,he had a conversation in his mind prior to meeting him (Jesus).
He’s like this man is a big man ooo, see the crowd following Him, would he have time to minister healing to me a low life, one who has been sent out from the midst of persons who are in health. He was thinking with Jesus’ high pedigree, he might not want to respond to him.

He didn’t know that Jesus isn’t man who would judge you by the way you look or by your predicament and decide to or not to respond to you, so he says dear Jesus ‘If you are willing, Please heal me’. That was a statement from someone who wasn’t sure if dear Jesus was willing to heal him because of the disability he had but here was the response of Jesus ‘I am willing’. It felt like Jesus was saying I am not second guessing whether I’m sure I want to heal you because I truly want to heal you, I have not come for those who are in health but for those who are sick, those in need of a physician, those who are broken and in need of help

I feel like many of us are like this Leper in Matthew 8, we are not sure if Jesus wants to heal us of that pain which might be in our body, our minds, our hearts. We feel like Jesus will turn us down so we say things like ‘I’m not sure He’ll answer me’ but Jesus is here saying I am willing to heal you, I do not feel coerced when it comes to healing you of all the pain, I love doing it and I want to do it over and over again.

You can lean on the one who heals, He won’t turn you down and He’s not even planning to turn you down.

We speak health this moment to everyone in need of healing in their body, soul and spirit in the name of Jesus..

For those who have been holding on to certain wounds, we pray for healing over you in the name of Jesus.

There is a Balm in Gilead and He’s Jesus!

We invite you to journey with the Lord Jesus as you ask Him to take rest in your heart by saying this prayer;

The Parable of being Still

The Parable of the seed that is sown into the earth embodies the process that we all go through in life. You sow into the earth or you plant a seed however small you might think it is and you are expectant that the seed will yet become a tree or become a bountiful harvest but in between is a heart that is most times anxious, wanting to work his way himself.

Then He said, “The kingdom of God is like a man who throws seed on the ground; and he goes to bed at night and gets up every day, and [in the meantime] the seed sprouts and grows; how [it does this], he does not know.  The earth produces crops by itself; first the blade, then the head [of grain], then the mature grain in the head. But when the crop ripens, he immediately puts in the sickle [to reap], because [the time for] the harvest has come.” Mark 4:26-29 Amplified Version.

What happens between the time of sowing and harvesting is very important to God, in fact much more important than the harvest that we await. Note that the farmer planted the seed into the earth and he went about his daily activities which is watering it, making sure it is well exposed to sunlight and all, he wasn’t going to uproot what he has planted because he felt it wasn’t sprouting yet which is what many of us do.

He waited, the earth produced the crops by itself, he didn’t have to force it to produce and the produce happened gradually, the blade first then the head of the grain and so on until it was finally time for the harvest.

God gives us a seed vision or idea and anxiety makes us go often to “uproot” instead of allowing process have its way. Instead of watering it with God’s word, prayers, giving thanks as we see the seemingly little progress and following instructions from the Holy Spirit.

In between the season of planting and harvest is time and it can not be escaped at all. As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest…will not cease Genesis 8:22. Whatever the Lord has placed in your hand, give it time.

Giving it time means you must take a posture of stillness, don’t go about cutting corners or trying to link your way into events, people and things. Don’t try to announce your harvest when its not time, you might not be able to manage it and it might crush you.

Be still and know that God is God. Psalms 46. Don’t work your way yourself, God’s word says its not in man to direct himself. Jeremiah 10:23.

Plant whatever God has given you, consistently water it with the word, Prayer (Pray more in tongues), thanksgiving and following every instructions that comes.

God has not forgotten you and in due season your season of harvest will come.

May the Lord strengthen the hearts of as many who are fainting in waiting for their season of Harvest in Jesus name. Amen!

You are not alone!

We invite you to journey with the Lord Jesus as you ask Him to take rest in your heart by saying this prayer;

Has your Vision been blurred by Pain?

One of the most precious gifts that any man can have in life is the gift of seeing right, seeing as the Father sees. Why? Because it helps you focus on that which the Father majors on and minor on what He minors.

What happens when your heart and eyes are blurred by the pain of the current season you are in? One thing God wants to help you and I do, is to see correctly when pain knocks hard.

At Gethsemane, Jesus bared out His heart to the Father, pouring out the anguish and pain of his soul. He prays 3 times for long, just pouring out His heart before the Father and at every point He says “If You will, let this cup pass over me but nevertheless not as I will but as You will Lord”. You will think this was easy for Him to say because He was the son of God until you are down in similar situation.

While He prayed, he knew the pain wasn’t going to get any easier or better but there was something that he saw that made him say “you know what I’m doing this, come what may”.

Fast forward to the Cross, this same man was called all sorts of name, he was despised, afflicted, name it but He knew it was for the best, it was for the Salvation of humanity. He remembered you and I and said I’m going to damn the shame and do this!

Notice that at all this points, he was seeing correctly just as the Father would see not allowing pain to blur His vision because to be honest pain can blur anyone’s vision. In such moments or season, you begin to yearn for the nearest escape route, you are pressured on all sides and most times feel alone.

God’s word tells us that our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory 2 Corinthians 4:17

Friends! When you walk through such season of pain, in fact when you sense such seasons near, Pray! Pray!! Pray!!! Ask God to help you see correctly what He’s doing in that season of your life, Ask him to help you respond correctly. I’m telling You God answers and I am a living testament to it.

Be encouraged! Your season of Refreshing is here!

We invite you to journey with the Lord Jesus as you ask Him to take rest in your heart by saying this prayer;

Where do you seek answers?

This sounds cliche right? but isn’t it important that we examine what influences the decisions we make in this age and time. One of the most frustrating points to find yourself in is having the need for answers and not knowing where to find them or not be willing to pay the price to find these answers.

In such moments, many have sought answers in the wrong places that have cost them their lives and glorious destiny or even their loved ones.

Let’s examine scriptures, the book of Isaiah 8:19 addresses this and gives and answer to where to find answers, So why are you trying to find out the future by consulting witches and mediums? Don’t listen to their whisperings and mutterings. Can the living find out the future from the dead? Why not ask your God? Isaiah 8:19 (TLB)

This scripture gives us an answer of where to find answers in a day and age where everyone seeks answer on the media which is good if they are contents that edify your spirit man but the media should never be the first option. In God’s presence we get answers of peace to every troubling questions that life asks you.

We must bear in mind that Jesus gives the answers that we seek to questions that life asks us, to issues that challenges our faith and makes us feel like giving up. Herbalists, fortune tellers, drugs and what have you do not give us an answer of peace, whatever chills it gives is only temporary and bound to make one feel depressed.

This week and always, receive wisdom to seek the answers right in His presence. We challenge you to ask God! Stay in prayer! Stay in the Word!

The Lord grant you an answer of peace as You seek Him for answers in the name of Jesus.

We invite you to journey with the Lord Jesus as you ask Him to take rest in your heart by saying this prayer;

Joy of Many generations 2

Delighted by the king’s gesture, and having a desire to impress them, Hezekiah welcomed the envoys from Babylon and opened the doors of the king’s storehouses of treasures and showed them to the envoys. He let them see all of his gold, silver, spices, and costly fragrant oils, as well as his entire armory. All of the king’s royal treasures, all that was in the king’s palace, and all the wealth of his whole kingdom was shown to them.

Then Isaiah the prophet visited the king and said to him, “What have you done? What did these men say and where did they come from?” Hezekiah replied, “They are envoys from distant Babylon.”

Then Isaiah asked, “What did they see in your palace?” “They have seen everything in my palace,” responded Hezekiah. “I showed them everything in my royal treasuries.” Isaiah said to Hezekiah, “Here is what Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies, has to say to you: ‘The days are coming when all the treasures in your palace and all the wealth that your ancestors have stored up until this day will be carried off to Babylon; absolutely nothing will be left,’ says the Lord. ’Some of your own sons who come after you will be deported, be castrated, and become eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.’Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah, “The word Yahweh has spoken through you is good and right.” For he thought, “At least for me, there will be peace and security in my lifetime.” (Isaiah 39:2-8)

The emphasis on this week’s post is the last part of the scripture. Hezekiah thought to himself that there will be peace in his own time, so whatever happened after he has left the face of the earth to the incoming generation did not matter to him. This really is a selfish heart, we must understand that the reason why this word from the Lord came as regards the intended doom of God’s people was because King Hezekiah opened up his everything to the Babylon, why because they showed him kind gestures by coming to see him when they found he was ill.

In his excitement and being pleased, he opened up priceless treasures to the enemy. All of a sudden, he was saying it didn’t matter as long as it didn’t happen in his lifetime.

Friends! we have not been called to live for ourselves and that’s why we can not just do anything, there is a demand of heaven upon us to the things that pleases the Father because it is beyond us, it is about countless generations to come.

Just as One man’s disobedience opened the door for all humanity to become sinners. So also one man’s obedience opened the door for many to be made perfectly right with God and acceptable to him. Romans 5:19. It simply tells us that what we do can has a huge impact on the unborn generation.

Let it be that the unborn generation remembers us and calls us blessed. This is what it is to be a joy of many generations. As many more generations come, let it be that they will feel so blessed to be part of a rich and Godly heritage.

The Lord help us all in JESUS name. Amen

We invite you to journey with the Lord Jesus as you ask Him to take rest in your heart by saying this prayer;

Joy of Many Generations 1

Although once you were rejected and despised, undesirable for anyone to pass through you,I will make you majestic forever, a source of joy for every generation. Isaiah 60:15 (TPT)

Whereas thou hast been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations. Isaiah 60:15 (KJV)

Whereas you have been forsaken and hated With no one passing through, I will make you an everlasting pride, A joy from generation to generation. Isaiah 60:15 (NASB)

God is a Father who wants to show forth His children to the world but He first wants to make His children. It is very easy to ignore the “make” in this scripture and move to the beautiful part of being an eternal excellence and the joy of many generations but we never enter into this dimension if He doesn’t take us through the process even though it is ours, it is just like a child who owns an inheritance but because he is still a child, because he has not grown to the point of handling it can’t lay hold of the inheritance. Galatians 4:1

God is like an artist who makes a work of art and knows its not time to make a public display of His work because He’s not yet done. God is painting our lives and until He is done, He won’t show us to the world. When He is done, He would like an artist make a show of you because He is so proud of the work He has done in you.

We must never despise the making process, allow God beat and blow away the chaff so that the impact He’d make through you would linger for generations.

He’d lead you in the path of righteousness for His name sake because that is part of the plan, the making process. (Psalms 23:3) The process is never easy per say but we’d appreciate what He has done in us later on.

Today, decide that you will submit to His making process so you can become this eternal excellence and joy of many generations not just this generation alone.

We pray God to strengthen you to go through the process in Jesus name. Amen

We invite you to journey with the Lord Jesus as you ask Him to take rest in your heart by saying this prayer;

Never Wears Out!

This is that time of the year when a lot of churches and body of Christ at large take time to wait on the Lord in a fast and pray fervently for the year. As this is being done, a lot of believers do not see the need for such or feel its all about working hard, yes while working hard is good, we must not run on our own strength because if we do we are sure to experience burn out.

The angel of the Lord said to Elijah in (1 Kings 19:7), eat for the journey is far, we must never take off on a journey trusting in the arm of flesh for it is set to fail us and it is sure going to lead to a burn out.

The strength of God never wears out and those who look to Him for strength experience a never wearing-out strength. The strength they experience is what (Deuteronomy 33:25) describes as “As your days are so shall Your strength be”.

If you bought a dress 2 years ago, by now there would be traces of it being worn out because with constant use comes diminishing strength but with the Father that never grows weary its a lot different, He says as your days is so shall your strength be. This is why you can not run in your own strength and capability, it only ends in burn out and failure.

The Bible speaks about Moses’ natural strength not been abated even at an old age (Deuteronomy 34:7). You too can enjoy this but you must first learn to lean on Jesus for strength, admit that by your own strength you can not prevail, ask Him to lead you and do whatever He bids you, never despise waiting on Him in a fast too.

By God’s strength you can run through troops and leap over walls (Psalms 18:29). God’s strength never wears out no matter the work He does, why not lean into this kind of strength today?

We have a long way to go in 2020 and the years to come, you can not afford to run in your own strength. SEEK GOD’S STRENGTH TODAY!

We invite you to journey with the Lord Jesus as you ask Him to take rest in your heart by saying this prayer;

Have a Fabulous Week!

Welcome Note!

It is a New year and decade people and even though it feels like the year is no longer new yet its never too late to wish us a prosperous New year. It has been a long time here and we honestly appreciate you for following every of our blog posts. You are Highly Treasured!

This year the Lord requires something amazing of us and in the course of this post we’ll decode it, most importantly as we walk with Jesus we’d decode it more.

In John 2:5 Jesus’ Mother speaking to the men charged with the responsibility of serving, having noticed the wine had been exhausted says Whatever He tells you to do, do it! Simple statement right?

For every moment or every time we make a decision to live for and love the Father, responsibility is attached to it. It is not some sort of speaking alone but a responsibility backed up decision.

Jesus asked Peter in John 21:15-17, do you love me more than these, Jesus asked him this question in different formats 3 times and you can say Peter was beginning to feel uncomfortable about this question. Jesus went ahead to give him the responsibility of Feeding His lambs.

Love isn’t devoid of responsibility, it places you on the pedestal of being responsible for what the Lord has placed in your hands to do.

Little wonder Jesus said If you love Me, you will keep my commandments (John 14:15). If there is anything worth pursuing this decade, it is to love Jesus wholeheartedly and do whatever He bids you to do.

Whatever He asks you to do, do it for that is the only proof that you love Him.

Have a blessed year!

We invite you to journey with the Lord Jesus as you ask Him to take rest in your heart by saying this prayer;

Expertrust

Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. Psalms 20:7
(NIV)

Some find their strength in their weapons and wisdom,
but my miracle deliverance can never be won by men.
Our boast is in the Lord our God,
who makes us strong and gives us victory! Psalms 20:7 (TPT)

David was that man who knew what this scripture meant deeply, being a man of war, amazing harpist and skillful at everything he did. It is not easy for a man of war to see that war is ahead of him and naturally not want to use his expertise and professionalism to conquer his enemies.

David a man of war will first inquire of the Lord before he advanced into any battle. It is like a Medical Doctor who has carried out series of tests on a cancer patient and is still asking for what medication to prescribe when from the test the medication to be used is glaring.

I believe that one thing that moves the Lord’s heart is when by human standards we are experts at what we do but yet we genuinely surrender whatever we know to Him and ask Him to lead us because guess what? sometimes what we know isn’t going to be the game changer.

It is honestly of utmost importance that we find ourselves leaning upon the Holy Spirit to teach us. While Expertise is super good and can not be undermined, more importantly is Trusting in the name of the Lord because it is our weapon, it is our tool if we must do valiantly for the Father in this day and age.

Friends! Leaning and inquiring of the Father before we do anything despite all we know is not stupidity, it is not out of place, it only shows that we reverence the truth that the Lord sees and knows it all.

Be an Expert in your area of specialty but never let it get in the way when God is set to do things in an unconventional way through you in that field. Remember that all we do in life is to bring the Father glory.

We hope this blessed you.

You can not enjoy fellowship with Jesus if you don’t know Him and you can’t fulfill your destiny if you do not know HIM. We welcome you to turn unto Jesus because He alone saves, He died for your sins to make you whole and complete Him. Accept Him today.

Responsible Father

Some days ago I was trying to work on something whilst carrying my extra energetic baby sister who is almost 11 months. Carrying her while working meant I had to be so conscious of her movements so she does not fall or pick some sort of strange objects. Her disposition was that of someone who was unbothered, like she knew she won’t fall because I was there and even at that she didn’t understand what it meant for someone to fall from a height.

While all of these was happening, I felt the Lord tell me He is a responsible Father and that if I could be extra conscious of my baby sister not falling or picking up strange objects, how much more He (My Father).

The truth is that this truth never really dawns on us, we are either worried about where the next meal will come from, where the next rent for the house will come from or the money needed for a new house will come from or even a new car or how our dearest loved one will get healed of an ailment. I mean too many worries and fears, yet the Father says you don’t have to bug your mind I care about you.

See what the word of God has to tell us in Matthew 6:25-31 in The Passion Translation

This is why I tell you to never be worried about your life, for all that you need will be provided, such as food, water, clothing everything your body needs. Isn’t there more to your life than a meal? Isn’t your body more than clothing?

“Look at all the birds do you think they worry about their existence? They don’t plant or reap or store up food, yet your heavenly Father provides them each with food. Aren’t you much more valuable to your Father than they? So, which one of you by worrying could add anything to your life?

“And why would you worry about your clothing? Look at all the beautiful flowers of the field. They don’t work or toil, and yet not even Solomon in all his splendor was robed in beauty more than one of these! So if God has clothed the meadow with hay, which is here for such a short time and then dried up and burned, won’t he provide for you the clothes you need even though you live with such little faith?

“So then, forsake your worries! Why would you say, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ For that is what the unbelievers chase after. Doesn’t your heavenly Father already know the things your bodies require?

Would God place you on earth and not provide everything you need for life and godliness? (2 Peter 1:3). We worry alot about many things but like my baby sister God wants us to live unbothered because He is a Responsible Father.

See what 1 Peter 5:7 in The Passion Translation tells us Pour out all your worries and stress upon him and leave them there, for he always tenderly cares for you.

Rest! Rest!! Rest!!! Child of God, your Father is responsible.

Lots of Love!

Discernment 2

Then she said to her mistress, “If only my master were with the prophet who is in Samaria! For he would heal him of his leprosy.” And Naaman went in and told his master, saying, “Thus and thus said the girl who is from the land of Israel.” (2 Kings 5:3-4)

Last week we looked at the story of David and His men and how David was able to discern that there was gold in this men not writing them off at first sight.

The second part is the story of Naaman, though a leper was a commander and you know what that means, he was a big man. The description the bible gives about Naaman is jaw-dropping, he was a valiant soldier with proofs and was held in high esteem but his one issue was leprousy.

His help had initially been captured by band raiders from his place, Syria and it was enough for her to be bitter that she had been taken far away from her family to come be a Mistress to Naaman’s wife but then she walks up to her madam saying only if my Oga can just go to the Prophet Elisha, I know the leprosy will be gone. I’m sure Naaman might have thought to himself that “What does this househelp know?”, “Does she know the number of physicians I have met for help?” and she says if I can just go to Israel but thank God he took the step to go by orders given to him by his master.

As if to say, he was set up for a moment to push forth for his breakthrough even in the most unlikely situations, Elisha sent a servant to him to ask him to wash in the River Jordan which makes it servant 2 helping him on his journey to healing. Being a dignitary, he thought it demeaning that the prophet would send a servant to him, worse of all ask him to go wash in the Jordan river.

At this point, he thought to himself I’m so done!!!and I’m really not interested but then his servants showed up and said to him “Oga why not do it, its not as if the prophet asked you to do something great or unbelievable”. He listened to them and that was the turning point in his life.

Notice that all of them were servants and it was easy for him to feel bossy and decide he wasn’t going to listen to them but thank God that he listened.

Here are two lessons from this, on the journey to discernment, it is very and highly important to LISTEN, first to the voice of the Holy Spirit. You must also learn to listen to the voice of the Spirit in people. Never DESPISE anyone because of the way they look or who they are or where they work or even what they earn at the moment.

There is this funny statement I keep hearing and it is that if you want to know about an organization, don’t go in search of the bosses in the organization, ask the security men, the cleaners. As funny as this statement might seem, it appears that this can be really true especially in this part of Africa.

Never despise anyone, never look down on anybody, they might have answers you have been seeking. Love people unrepentantly, this is the only way you will be able to discern accurately.

Discernment

In this age and time, one of the major issues we are faced with every now and then is the ability to discern by the Spirit. I would link this with discerning the people who should be in your life per time.

This will be in two parts, first to Visionary Leaders and second to every believer who wants to make a headway in fulfillment of destiny.

David left Gath and escaped to the cave of Adullam. When his brothers and his father’s household heard about it, they went down to him there.  All those who were in distress or in debt or discontented gathered around him, and he became their commander. About four hundred men were with him.

1 Samuel 22:1-2 is one of our favorite verses in the ministry. David was anointed King and even though the manifestation of this beautiful word that the Lord has spoken over him wasn’t there, it still didn’t change it. When He was anointed King, the next thing the Lord did after he escaped from Saul was to bring people who were in debt, discontented, people who were in trouble, facing the economic recession, had family issues and so on. Imagine if you were the one in this position, what will you do? Won’t you think the Lord is being unfair, first by allowing Saul come after your life and now bringing people who seemed like destitute to this society wanting you to be their leader.

I believe David was a discerning man, he wasn’t just looking at what they could do for him as the anointed King of Israel, he was busy surfing in his spirit how he could be a blessing to these men, he was seeing the gold in them that would wow the world. If you are a visionary leader whom the Lord has called and all you keep looking out for are ready made people, you might not be yet ready to partner with God to see him bring beauty out of nothingness in a life.

God saw you fit to lead those people you call nothing , the earlier you stay faithful with building them by the Spirit, the better for you.

See the gold in the people you are leading, Dear Leader. See the flip part and transformation that came to those who David led, many of them were the mighty men of David but not to make this post lengthy, I will put up the scripture. 2 Samuel 23:8-39.

Imagine David gave up on them at the beginning and even during the course of his journey, they made mistakes a lot of time, they acted unruly a lot of times but God gave David a heart to shepherd them, knowing that none of them must be lost because God had kept them in his care.

As a leader, call forth who God has designed them to be, sometimes in wonder that if Jesus had not called forth who Nathaniel was and had left him because he said “Can anything come out of Nazareth?’, probably brother Nathaniel would have been lost. (John 1:43-48).

Its no lie or fables that they will stress you or sometimes cause you pain. However since God has placed them in your care, be faithful in correcting them, praying, sharing the word with them and caring for their physical needs as God helps you.

Dear Visionary Leader, love the people in your care, God has given you the grace to bring out beauty from their current state of ugliness.

You are strengthened by the LORD.

We’ll continue next week!

Have a Super amazing week!

FORGET NOT

...And they forgot about the wonderful miracles God had done for them and for their fathers in Egypt.  For he divided the sea before them and led them through! The water stood banked up along both sides of them!  In the daytime he led them by a cloud, and at night by a pillar of fire. He split open the rocks in the wilderness to give them plenty of water, as though gushing from a spring.  Streams poured from the rock, flowing like a river! Psalms 78:11-16 (The Living Bible)

One of us shared a story on her whatsapp status some weeks ago about two women in her life who have influenced her greatly, one is her biological mother.
In her words, “I picked a certain habit from them that has helped me alot in life which is keeping a gratitude journal.
For example my mum does not see writing some certain things in her journal as being weird no matter how small or insignificant it might be to people. ‘You’d see things like we had power supply today after 2 months, thank you God’

I made up my mind to try writing out the goodness of God to me no matter how little because truly I realized that it’s easy to forget the goodness of God and like the Israelites grumble in the wilderness or when life challenges us forgetting that God keeps giving manna, clothes and sandals are not wearing out, water comes out from the rock for us to drink, the Lord is present as a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night.
Friends it’s easy to forget!

When life feels overwhelming I pick up this journal and I’m more confident that God is good, it’s His nature. I say to myself, May I never forget that God is always good even on my worst days.
David the Psalmist writes in Psalms 103:2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: He understands it is so human to forget and even though its so human we must never forget.

If there is a God who keeps doing, then there must be believers who never forget but lay it to heart to say thank you even on days or seasons they enter into difficult situation.

Friends it’s so easy to forget so write the goodness of God upon your heart, write it in a book too, sing the Goodness of the Lord back to Him.

Have a gratitude-filled week!

Amen!

Overlooked?

So let’s not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don’t give up, or quit. Galatians 6:9 (The Message)

It is easy to allow offense or grow bitter when a good deed is overlooked, it is easy to make permanent verdict to never do good just because it went unnoticed or overlooked the last time we did. Thank God for Jesus who calls us to do whatever we do as unto Him and not unto man. Matthew 6:2-4

Here is a story of Mordecai who by reason of staying at the gate heard of the coup that was being plotted to assassinate the king, he then decides to let his niece Esther know of the coup that was plotted and BOOM! the king was saved from eating a meal that would have cost him his life.

However, it feels like no accolade or even party was thrown in honour of Mordecai, everyone kept talking about how the king would have died but never mentioned the person who saved his life. Maybe Mordecai was hurt, maybe he was never hurt, maybe he just believed he did it for God, maybe something else was on His mind… Esther 2:21-23

Fast forward to later in life, the chronicles was visited by the same king because God nudged His heart and wouldn’t allow him rest until he honoured Mordecai. Esther 6

It only tells us that what is most times overlooked by men is not overlooked by God which is why Galatians 6:9 tells us not to be weary in well doing for in due season we’d reap if we do not faint.

We hope this encourages a number of us who feel overlooked or feel every good deed we have done overlooked, God keeps records and everything we do must be from a heart that yearns to please Him and not from a heart that yearns to please men.

The Lord keep your heart and may you do things to please Him alone.

You can not enjoy fellowship with Jesus if you don’t know Him and you can’t fulfill your destiny if you do not know HIM. We welcome you to turn unto Jesus because He alone saves, He died for your sins to make you whole and complete Him. Accept Him today.

Write it!

Then the Lord replied: “Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. (Habakkuk 2:2)

This week isn’t about making the vision plain so that he who sees can run with it, it is about writing those tiny details that the Lord gives us especially in moments we are tired or sleepy or feel lazy to write. Such moments are so precious, they are probably moments God wants to download answers to questions we’ve been seeking answers to or moments when He wants to download solutions that will change the face of a particular sector.

Have there been times you received a word in between sleep and you told  yourself when I wake up, I will write it and when you woke up, you didn’t remember jack. I have been there a number of times, however I’m beginning to understand the importance of being prompt and not being lazy because it could slip. It might be a code that you’d need for a knotty problem or situation.

When moments like this comes, we must be prompt and never procrastinate or give in to the laziness and tiredness we feel in our bodies.

We must give ourselves to making journals of what the Father says to us. Our brain can’t take in all the information which is why it is important to write. You can go over it and remind God of his word and His goodness.

Never trivialize what the Father says to you even it is something He has said to you before. Don’t become too familiar with God! There is a point you can get to as a believer that you don’t become privy to certain information from God because He has seen that you have not been faithful with the ones He has given you, you have esteemed it lightly.

He said, ‘Good servant! Great work! Because you’ve been trustworthy in this small job, I’m making you governor of ten towns. Luke 19:17

Write the dreams, the visions, the encounters, the prophecies, His goodness. Stay faithful in writing whatever the Lord tells you and also constantly behold it.

It is easy to forget these things but once it is written, you can go over it again and again, you can put the Lord in remembrance concerning it.

The Lord will help us all.

You can not enjoy fellowship with Jesus if you don’t know Him and you can’t fulfill your destiny if you do not know HIM. We welcome you to turn unto Jesus because He alone saves, He died for your sins to make you whole and complete Him. Accept Him today.

Man in the Cave

I once read of the story of a man who was running from his supposed opposition, he ran to the extent that he lived in a cave. While in the cave, people who were in trouble, in debt, discontented and lots came to meet him and he became their leader. They were not just few persons but 400 in number yet they could trust a man who was running for his own life.

Do people go to seek help from people who obviously have their own issues, I mean glaring issues?… Why do you think these 400 men all went to meet him with their own issues? Was it because they did not know that he didn’t have a place to stay? That he was running from a supposed opposition? Shouldn’t they have been more afraid to be with a man who could be killed at anytime? Was it that those who were in the debt didn’t know that He himself was blessed? 1 Samuel 22:1-2

This man was David and sometimes I wonder how someone with such “huge” issues will go all out for people, will love recklessly, will wait to listen to what God will have him do per time and will have much compassion on people.

The 400 men who he was leading knew all of his life history but they took note of something greater which was SUBSTANCE. Men are not attracted to you because of your material possessions but because of what you carry on the inside, if they are attracted to your material possessions, it’s only a matter of time you won’t see them because such doesn’t last. What is eternal is all that makes sense.

We have been called to bring order to situations and lives that are in disarray, we must carry this mindset wherever we find ourselves. Let it be that whenever we get to a place, or we walk into people’s life, let it be that our relationship with them births an encounter with Jesus, turns their lives around 360 degrees. If it wasn’t working before let it begin working well and right. I believe that David’s mighty men came from this 400, just imagine the exploits they made just by walking into his life. 2 Samuel 23:8-39

That’s why scripture says of God’s children, whatsoever we lay our hands on prospers that’s whatever our touches our hands or our hands touch thrives in the courts of our God. Psalms 1:1-3, Psalms 92:10

Child of God you carry substance, men do not just meet you and remain the same, there must just be a shift in their lives. You are a blessing unto the nations of the earth, walk in this reality. Wherever you find yourself, you bloom and bless lives, it doesn’t matter if its an obscure place.

Walk in this reality! Live this reality!

AWESTRUCK

The Bible speaks about the four living creatures, the four and twenty elders, it tells of how awestruck they are each time they behold God, they are like “HOLY HOLY HOLY is the Lord Almighty”, “You are Worthy our Lord and GOD…”and they do this like always. (Revelations 4:7-11). This week is not about the four living creatures and the elders, its about you and I.

Cast your mind to your early days as a believer, think of how your heart yearned for Him, how you drank from the well of the supernatural, how you just wanted to talk to people about Him everytime and everywhere. Have you done that? Now if you have, I want you to ask yourself now based on your walk with God now, is it still the burning and wonder filled heart? Have you gotten so used to God? Do you see like a child? Are you constantly trivialising the dealings of God in your life? Are you constantly in the web of ingratitude as you do not see the things He brings you through as anything since its “nothing compared” to what you have been seeking Him for?

When we get to a point in our walk with God where we don’t behold with wonder then there is a problem and it’s either we are beginning to grow cold or lukewarm or ingratitude is setting in.

Rick Pino shared something I will like to quote, he said “The Israelites didn’t perish for lack of wonders but rather their lack of Wonder”.

Friends I find this above statement too true, often times I have sat down wondering why the Israelites will grumble despite seeing all the amazing things God was doing and I realized if there’s no wonder in our hearts and eyes for the Lord we’ll do same. It’s a dangerous to lose awe for the Father

Their voices rose in a great chorus of protest against Moses and Aaron. “If only we had died in Egypt, or even here in the wilderness!” they complained. (Numbers 14:2).

Friends, we must never get to the point where we do not behold with wonder, we must always be a child before the Lord.

The Psalmist prayed a prayer that I will like to round up with because I find it so important a prayer for us all. Here’s the one thing I crave from God,
the one thing I seek above all else: I want the privilege of living with him every moment in his house, finding the sweet loveliness of his face, filled with awe, delighting in his glory and grace. I want to live my life so close to him that he takes pleasure in my every prayer. Psalms 27:4 (TPT)

May we never lose our Wonder friends.

Have a great week ahead!

The Sparrow

I was in the vehicle one day, set to go to work when I saw a bird on a flower bed and almost immediately it felt like the Holy Spirit was impressing it upon my heart to do a search and study of the Sparrow. I did the study and I was astonished at our worth in Jesus but I realized that it most times doesn’t sink into our spirits especially when we are faced with challenges and more. Let’s see scripture!

You can buy two sparrows for only a copper coin, yet not even one sparrow falls from its nest without the knowledge of your Father. Aren’t you worth much more to God than many sparrows? So don’t worry. For your Father cares deeply about even the smallest detail of your life. Matthew 10:29-31

Imagine how cheap two sparrows were, only two copper coin and the Father knows when they fall from their nests, as in God values the lives of the sparrow. Now think of how valuable you are to God or let me try explaining in a different way so we’d get the picture better.

We’d naturally not value what we spend less money or didn’t go through stress to get, imagine buying a biscuit for 5 Nigerian Naira and it gets stolen, probabilities that it would bother you is very slim.

God gives us the picture of 2 sparrows bought for a copper coin and yet is valued by Him (the Father), not one falls from its nest without His knowledge. Then He says to us that we are more valuable to Him than the sparrow.

What joy! Think of it again God values you more than a bird that was bought for less price and doesn’t fall from its nest without His knowledge. He has every knowledge about the sparrow, how much more you. God so loves you dearly.

If you’ve been struggling to see how much the FATHER values and sees you, look at the life of the sparrow and rejoice in the truth that you are valuable to Him, I mean it cost Him dying on the cross for you against all odds.

Never believe the lies of the devil! Come boldly before the throne of grace, Jesus wants you, He’s rejoicing over you with singing.

You are blessed!

Dearest Leader

Feels good to be back and we missed sharing the word of God with you, nevertheless it was expedient that we took a break.

We’d be sharing on Leadership, leadership is a big deal and being a leader is so costly. In the words of Pastor Poju Oyemade, leadership can be lonely.
Meditating on David’s sojourn with His men, we are taken back to 1 Samuel 30 where they got to Ziklag and found that their families had been carted away with all they had and there are few lessons on leadership in it that we’d love us to pay attention to;

• It’s okay as a leader to be vulnerable in the presence of the persons you lead. This was what David did, as a leader who felt their pain just as he was going through his, they wept together. 1 Samuel 30:3-4

• It’s okay as a leader to have followers that give you tough time, it only pushes you to be better. This is seen in the reaction of David’s men to him, threatening to stone him if they didn’t get their families back. This moved David from just weeping to inquiring of the Father on what to do and doing what the Father wanted. 1 Samuel 30:6-7

Dear Leader, in the face of any challenge never put seeking God for answers as secondary but as primary. Don’t go about looking for solution when you can click with solution in His presence, trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. 1 Samuel 30:7-8, Proverbs 3:5-6

• As a leader you won’t always have anything or anyone to encourage you, you must learn the art of encouraging yourself in the Lord. 1 Samuel 30:6

In your climb of success or in the midst of a challenging situation, take heed to being kind to everyone you meet, they might be the ones who have the key to what you are looking for. This is seen in David and His men taking care of an Egyptian who was sick and didn’t know that the boy had the key to what they were looking for. Discernment is Key! 1 Samuel 30:11-15

• As a leader never allow the character or the attitude of the people you are leading change your ideals. This is seen in the act of David towards the men who followed them to recover their families and those who refused to go because they were tired, he made sure everyone had the same share and were not discriminated because they didn’t participate. Do not allow the circumstances around you change who you are as a leader, be loving regardless of what anyone does and also be firm in your decisions. 1 Samuel 30:21-26

You are blessed!

I AM TRUSTING ON HIM, AND HE IS COUNTING ON ME

Ezekiel 37:1-12

THE LORD SOMETIMES BRINGS YOU TO PLACES WE CAN TAG ”IMPOSSIBLE PLACES” AND SOMETIMES HE ASKS “IMPOSSIBLE QUESTIONS”.

To Ezekiel he brought the vision of Him standing in the valley of dry bones. Sometimes you are in difficult situations and just like the children of Israel it’s a situation of Dry bones. It’s a place where it seems success is impossible, where if God himself came down, it would take his help to have faith for any change in the situation. Just like he asked Ezekiel, if he asked you, your faith can only go as much as replying You know Lord”.
Never speak what you see, speak what He says.

Son of man prophesy…and I prophesied as He had commanded me.

The LORD is our Maker
“and the bones came together, bone to bone. I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them
Excited to see this leap; remember it was in a vision so it was fast, but sometimes in real life it’s a process. Little by little, bone will come to bone and but ones you speak the word, God gets to work and the rest will align in time (Amen)

No extraordinary thing ever happened in your life?
(But there was no life).

Ever had that routine life before where you are moving forward slow and steady and you just thank God every morning for life then something drastically changes. Can you compare the leap and great lift of Joy in you, the radiance on your face, the change in your countenance, it’s like you came alive.

Be sensitive to when GOD changes your “PROPHESY”
Sometimes He tells you to prophesy strength to go through process but he can change your prophesy to be able to fly above mountains in a twinkle of an eye.

Speak what GOD says then you will understand what HE meant.
I also noted the trend of Ezekiel’s prophesy. He prophesied breath and the bones came together. He prophesied to the wind, and they had breath. Do not try to rationalize what God says, just prophesy. When the miracle has happened then you will understand. You can’t rationalize our God.

You will experience a MIRACLE
Breath came to them, they came alive and they stood a great army…
This rush could never have been a little by little process, it was sudden and immediate. Again if you continue to prophesy (speak God’s word) according to his leading, you will see that miracle, and quantum leap.

I pray today, for the spirit of obedience to His word, and I prophesy newness of life to everyone. Keep positive, keep speaking God’s word and you will see His workings mightily in your life.
Behold He will do a new thing.

Shalom!
